Will lots of gymnastics and swimming make a girl thin and strong but without lumpy muscles?
nope technically gymnastics is better.its all about balance, strength, wisdom, knowledge, power and SO much more. swimming can be good but if u get what i am saying? gymnastics can be a real benefit and the good thing is you tend to sweat quicker which lets out the water inside you which causes you to go slimmer and not only can you become more stronger but WAY more flexible as well. but i ain't gonna lie swimming may not do as much as gymnastics but it does kinda answer your questions. its does make you slim and it will improve your strength but not in a physical way, a more of an emotional way. you learn to push your self. gymnastics does that as well though. but com bind that together and BOOM!! you got yourself a nice fit girl. umm hope this helped :) soz if it didnt
