Can i get this mole removed from my face?

Yes you can, but you will have a stitch there for a few days. Then you might have a red scar around the mole area for a while, but then it will become more fainter over time and disappear. In the meantime, just wear some concealer over it and no will notice. You should definitely remove it, since it'll make you more confident and if it's lumpy, then it could be melanoma. Remember to have it checked for that.
