Do I have a serious problem?

I'm very worried that I have a serious infection- I had my first ual partner in about october. From then till febuary we had about 6 times. I didnt see many problems with my vagina but then I started to have a lumpy white substance coming from my vagina and the ordour changed and it smelled bad- I wondered if ot Was a yeast infextiom. I did not have any between early febuary and 3 weeks ago when iI recently had sex with anyther man. We have now had sex 4 times. The third time was during my period (last weekend). Today we had sex and I started beeding. I didn't feel any pain but a lot of blood came out. I'm doing research and most thigns are saying I have an infection/disease if I do have it. Please help I am very worried
