My rat is limp, breathing heavy, blood around eyes. HELP.?

My rat is about 2 years old. I noticed today he is limp, when I pick him up he just lays there. He is breathing heavily and blood or red tears around his eyes. His spine feels kind of lumpy and he wobbles when he tries to walk. Help me please, does anyone know what this is?
