Should I take the job at this caf�?

I've slept with a guy that works there 3 months ago and I picked up my ring I left at his place last weekend. I didn't talk to him in the months in between. He's 7 years older than me, and definitely wanted to have again. However, he suddenly seemed too shy. He always makes sure I don't drink tequila and he looks at me when I'm dancing. I went to another caf� he works at yesterday, with my father. He was nice at us, but nothing special. And this saturday he kinda ignored me. It's my favourite bar in town, but should I take a job there with him working there? Don't want to be a mive stalker. He also said he didn't want his friends to know we slept together because of my age. They work there too..
