I want to have with this guy who is a stranger?

Before anyone freaks out, I am 19 and I live on top of a grocery store in Turkey. And there's a man who works down their.... I think he like carries boxes and checks orders. Anyway a close friend of mine use to work there too but this guy replaced him. And ever since the first day I saw him work their he always looked at me, but I wasn't interested. I did find him Ok looking. As weeks went on I noticed how handsome he is, and how attracted I am to him. He does seem older tho, maybe 30-40. (BTW Im attracted to older men and idk why) And on very rare and short occasions we flirt but not over the top flirting. Smiling, glaring, rubbing against eachother, etc. And I really am attracted to him, so attracted that I masturbate to him, and I want to have with him. But I dont want to ask him straight out without even knowing the guy but I can't go in their everyday or he'll think Im a stalker or something... help?
