I NEED PERFECT UNDER ARMS!?

how do you get those perfect armpits! honestly dont get disgusted but mine are like all lumpy and ugly and have pimples and everything and they dont stay hair free for more than a day! please dont suggest waxing because i WILL NOT wax!
