Is it normal to have "lumpy" ?

i dont want to scare you at all because i so understand you. But listen carefully. I am 100 percent SURE, you dont have cancer. But i want you to tell your mom and get it checked so then you can sleep without freaking out. But PLEASE dont wurry because i doubt you have it, lumps dont mean you have cancer it is just a sign and its nothing to wurry too much about. But just get it checked out.
