White discharge that smells..What could this be?

Every-timee I wash my vagina just with shower jell and a flannel, I get this white discharge that smells really funky. It's not a STD, and the discharge just looks like a white smudge. It smells really strong and during with my boyfriend the discharge is white and non-lumpy. It's not as STI or a STD as I use the correct protection and my boyfriend and I havent been with anyone else in our lives.
