Skin condition in dogs? can someone help me?

American Bulldogs can suffer from allergies, which is what this sounds like. Your vet will most likely give her an antihistimine for the itching, but the rash will heal. Something that I found works well is an oatmeal patch. Make a mush out of oatmeal with just a little water to mush it together and put it on the skin with a warm towel. It's a little messy but it seems to bring relief.
