PLEASE HELP is their somthing seriously wrong?

im only 13 and i have a sharp pain in the left side of my right ( the side to my chest not my armpit side)iv got it now then it sometimes goes under thee and then under my left almost like half a chest pain and i sumtimes get littel lumps like iv had them under my armpits and now iv got 1 on my vagina like a lumpy mole but sore. whats going on is their sumthing wrong i shouldnt be getting these pains, i dont have the nerve to tell my mum im scared thank you
