One harder then the other?

Hi I am looking to see if anyone else has this. I have one slightly bigger then the other and the bigger has noticeably firmer breast tissue then the other. It is also a little tender when pushed. The breast just feels harder then the other on the outter part of it. The doctor checked them on Thursday and said I have naturally lumpy . What I am feeling is more like a larger firm movable m I have it the other side just not as firm...... Any answers?????????
