Ive gone off a girl but?

She doesn't believe me for some reason, what should i do? She works as a barmaid in a pub i go to (only decent one near me) so i don't really want to stop going in but when i do she acts rather immaturely although we don't speak to one another anymore. What do you think she actually wants? Should i talk to her about it or just leave things as they are? Ive heard her telling other members of staff i only go in to see her, so she's making me out to be a bit of a stalker, which just isn't the case!
