Is there a chance i can have cancer?

Have this black lumpy sore on my face, small and odd shape, sometimes I scratch it and top comes off, bit of blood lol. Always comes back to black lump, think there use to be a mole there. Just wondering if I should be worried about it, got doctors app in couple weeks for it.
