I am 12 , am i ready for my period?

i have had discharge for like 3 years now it comes as if its a period like every month , but the last 2months it hasnt gone away and ive had bad stomach also my mum said when your developing your they get lumpy when your gonna start your period , and yes ive started pubity about 2 years ago , im 13 this september , please tell me wether you think its coming loll?
