How do i sneak out of an alarmed window?

how do i get out of my house? i cant turn off the alarm bc it makes a loud sound when i put in the pcode and the box is in my parents room. i am trying to figure out how i take off the sensor on my window in the basment. its attached on my window by sticky stuff so idk if it will make a noise when i take it off or not. please help!!
