Does my kitten have URI?

I honestly don't know. I rescued her from my aunt's garden the day she was born, she's now 4 weeks. This doesn't happen very often, but just now I fed her milk formula from a bottle and right after she started making this wheezing sound. It doesn't happen every time I feed her, just every now and then. She does have an appetite, a big one too. She's also not lethargic whatsoever, she's very active and curious all the time.
