Concerned about this painful skin rash?

I developed a small rash on the lower right side of my jaw this past weekend. It is a cluster of lumpy red bumps that resemble acne except there's no head and it itches and is painful. This past Monday a gland on the right side of my neck became quite swollen and painful. This morning I noticed a cluster of pea-sized lumps way underneath the skin next to the red rash on my jaw [under my ear on the right side of my neck]. I am starting to become concerned now because there is a mild pain shooting up and down the right side of my neck and my right arm. I am at summer school right now and have to wait until I go home to see my doctor. I'm trying not to worry myself by looking up things on Google, but I'm getting nervous! Please help!!
