Bump on inside of earlobe where I got my ear pierced recently?

I just took my earrings out for the first time, and in both of the piercings I can feel a small bumpy lumpy type thing. Its really small. And its not painful or anything. I thought almost everyone got them when they first got their ears pierced.. But today my friend was like ewwwwww but I felt the same thing in her ear but smaller and a lot less noticible. Shes had her ears pierced for 5 years. Haha. So... What is it exactly? I dont have sensitive ears.. Im pretty sure I can wear any kind of earring. So its not that. I would say it was swollen but my friends had hers a lot longer...
