Acne on and a lil bit around my nose?

hi i have a lil bit of acne around my nose and on the sides of my nose its hard and bumpy and flaky and i have pimple right on my nose bridge its kind of annoying how do i get rid of it and i want ONLY quick home remedies please because my mom would freak out if i told her about this... she apparently still sees me as a lil kid XD but o well she will learn one day anyway PLEASEE help me my nose looks just a tint red and its embarresing it feels hard and lumpy and crusty to the touch its like excess skin thats fused with my normal smooth skin so please give me HOME remedies only i have to use it when my moms not home :< ty!!
